Update - A few things I am trying to do here. Some steps to go through.
- First, in wide shot pic, does anyone see an oval-shaped, warm-toned spot, as in, a reddish/yellow or flesh toned spot, sized about 1/3 the height of the driver's window, or also maybe about 1/3 the height of a wheel, and this spot also placed in the center of the car? And standing out against the cool tones around it, as in the cool tones ranging from the light and dark, bluish and violet tones? Let's just start with that. Of course, the answer is yes.
So just realize, that it is also a fact, that the driver's head, in a car profile shot, shows up about half way between front and rear wheels. And head height is about 1/3 height driver's window height.
- So does anyone think it is likely, that that warm flesh toned spot, half way between front and rear wheels, about 1/3 drivers window height, standing in contrast to white/blue background behind it, in the exact same spot that a driver's head would be, "COULD BE" the driver's head in profile shot?
Again, the second thing we need to discuss. If we can't agree to that, no use going further. Because there are people I've spoken to, who are in denial about these pictures. They don't want to believe that you can even get this kind of picture. That it is impossible. Even though, I even explain to them how I did it, I offered to show the steps, I even offered to make pics of 'them' with my sec cam, to prove it, but they just will not believe it. And more than that, they will not even discuss it. It seems it is almost too painful for them to even conceive of. So you have to believe in the reality ,of the 'possibility' of these pictures. And if you are one of those people who can't, it's no use for us to be talking any more about this, until you can get a hold of your issues.
-So then, the third thing we need to discuss is, does this flesh toned spot in center of car, which we have agreed 'could be' the driver's face, have some features of a face?
For instance, look at the enlargements. Do you see, an earlobe, a long jugular vein on neck, a highlighted nostril and a darker long nose bridge line, two dark spots where the eyes should be, a dark mustache and beard line, and then also four fingers held up near face? Also maybe less clear, a t-shirt neck line, a top hatbrim line on forehead.
Again the answer is yes to all of that. Are these features in the right spot and are the right size for a face? Again the answer is yes to that.
So what is the likelihood, that this flesh toned spot, the right position for a driver, the right size for a driver's face, with the right features for a face, with these features that are all in the right size and right place on a face, IS THE DRIVER'S FACE???
We know every car has a driver. And we know that these drivers do show up, when the pic is lightened.
So can we make a leap of logic here, that this pic, is a pic of the driver's face??
Yes or no? And why or why not?
- More - Another thing to keep in mind, some trace lines have to be determined through some reconstruction. For instance, the back of the neck and the back of the hat is not clear in pic. But we can get a good approximation of the trace line there, by following the vertical line of back of the earlobe. Plus you can also use the jugular line to estimate the back of the neck. And you can also do the same thing with the front of the earlobe, that equals the jawline, so we can get a beardline there through that knowledge. And there are other places we can do that same kind of reconstruction too.

ReplyDeleteThe original photo shows the headlights and taillights of the moving vehicle, with possibly the reflection of another car's headlights on the side panel, or reflecting yard lights, Christmas lights...in my opinion.
Is that what you are asking? Now how you managed to draw a dude with a beard, and glasses, and wearing some sort of head piece is a stretch.
Hello, thanks for replying. Yes that first pic is an SUV in motion, with some strong spotlights on it. It's a video still, which shows motion trail of the car motion.
ReplyDeleteWell look at picture two. Pic two is just picture one, the black car, enlarged. And then I traced it too, in green, to show the motionless car outline.
I put an enhanced insert in the middle of the car. That is that same part of the pic, lightened and sharpened, and put back into that original pic in the original position. In the driver's window area.
You don't see some type of figure there, in the center of that orange traced circle? And due to the position of that figure, you don't think that figure could be the driver?
Or do you just think that area there in the circle is just looks like a random splotch?
Love to hear more opinions...
What is your point with manipulating the original photo? The original photo doesn't even show any interior lighting from the dashboard to illuminate who is operating the vehicle. Unlikely to be a dog driving it, although dogs have been known to disengage components on a car so that it will move, same with toddlers.
ReplyDeleteIt's impossible to even tell what gender is behind the wheel. The person could have a scarf wrapped around their neck. There could be other passengers in the vehicle as well.
Again, what is the point you are striving for?
I think we can all agree that most of the pic is a car. I just want you to describe what you see within that insert. Within the traced circle, in the middle there.
ReplyDeleteThat insert there in the middle, is the original picture, ultra lightened and sharpened. And put back in the original spot. I would have to show you with a series of pics, how I got that. It would be a lot of pics to post. So just trust me on that part.
I only showed the enhanced insert in driver area, because if I showed the whole sharpened pic, it becomes confusing to people. It's just a lot of smatterings of primary colors in the car body area. People start looking at the whole car body, instead of what I want them to look at, which is the driver area. So that is why I combined them.
But interesting that your wrote about a scarf on the neck. What do you see in that 'scarf area'? Look at it closer. Does it look like a scarf to you or does it look like it might be something else?
Also in the third or 4th pic, do you see an reddish/ orange-ish flesh tone/warm colored area in the center insert area? And is this flesh toned area, showing up in contrast, to the blue/green/violet tones, in the rest of the pic insert?
ReplyDeleteDid you think I traced the flesh toned area well, and well marked the border lines, between the flesh toned area, and the blackish and bluish colors, below and to the side, of the flesh toned area? (As also seen in brighter 4th pic.)
Let's just start with that.
Did you use some sort of night vision source, that shows heat? That's all I can think of for the orange to show, but to me, no matter what gets outlined it's a blotch. Nothing definitive.

I can't tell you why I did this, because it will give you too much info at first. But I hope you agreed that I outlines the color borderlines. For example, I outlined a reddish/orange area, that bordered a blueish/violet area. That you see some reason as to why I outlined some areas. I just wanted to start with that.

The blog you are leaving your comments on is an unsolved case of a murder victim that has had no one go to trial for her death.

It is an unsolved cold case that is a mystery and I would like to see justice served in the case.
I never knew you were female.
It matters not to me what gender is commenting on a subject. Unless the subject is something gender specific, it might matter. For instance, a male would never be able to experience what an ovarian cyst feels like internally, or endometriosis. However both genders can know the pain of a kidney stone.
Unless they were born with both sex organs, which is very rare.
Your many mentions of your pictures on the other blog about the car and your outlines in no way could segue into this is "evidence" of anything criminal.

ReplyDeleteI just find that there is like this whole industry built around murder cases of women, but if you, as a woman, try to get help on a situation, 'before' you are dead, no one gives a damn.
Like here, no one but you commented on these pics. I just wanted some opinions. No one but you really bothered to do it.
Yet, people will spend literally 20 years talking about all the minutiae of a dead female.
What is the disconnect? What's the difference? I personally think it has to do with the fact that one female is dead, and the other isn't yet.
Once she's dead, everyone is like, oh we will do everything to help solve her case.
How about when that girl or woman was still alive? And was having problems. I bet you she did reach out for help, and did not get much. That is typical. She probably got the same reactions I did, denial, disbelief, and avoidance of the issue. And sometimes mockery.
It's kind of like, well please die first, and then we will care about you. But don't bother us if you are still alive. Very nice.
Well DL, I on purpose did not mention anything criminal at first. Because I noticed in the past, if I do that, people are even LESS likely to comment on the situation. Saying something about that just brings up a lot of bias, and I just want a neutral opinion.

ReplyDeleteYou haven't posted if you have a history of paranoia or delusions but I believe you would benefit from contacting your health provider's behavioral heath coverage, or if you are in the US your EAP. If you have none of that, then the United Way or county mental services.
And DL, about your question above. I do have night vision cameras. But this is not just some infrared spot.
ReplyDeleteOne thing you have to realize is, these cars look dark inside, or have tinted windows.
But this darkness, or the tinted window, does not mean all light is blocked out there. The image is still there, underneath it.
And although it might be hard to see it with your own eyes in the pictures, all you need is a graphics program to lighten the pic, and then you will be able to see it with your own eyes.
If I show you how I got these pics, you would be able to see how the driver area lightens up, step by step.
So you can get a driver on most cars from these pics. I would say a driver shows up every time. Some driver shots will be clearer than others.
Sometimes, in an unclear shot, you will just get the main colors splotches, and the blurry outlines of a figure. Sometimes, if it's a better pic, you can can more detail on the face and a sharper outline. Down to the features if the face.
See DL, this is what I mean.

And in fact, Ms. D lied about the pics. She said she could not tell what they were. Then I posted about a man saying it was a car and a driver, then MS. D posts, 'oh of course I knew it was a car and a driver.'
Please. So she lied at first. She tried to pretend she didn't know what it was. But as she said later, she knew what it was.
I believe people knew or guessed what I trying to do, which was get an ID on someone. And usually you do that for a situation that is not good. I believe people figured that out.
And I believe that is why people did not comment. I have seen the same situation before. They do not want to get involved. And that comes down to cowardice.

So let's go back to the pics. Like I posted on Doc's blog, I said I believe you know who is driving that vehicle.
And apparently you find his driving a criminal act with your spy gear.
So, is the driver driving on a revoked license? Driving while under the influence? Leaving a scene of a crime? Or is the driver violating a domestic order of no contact or can't be within so many feet of a school or residence?
And you know, I don't have delusions, but I did call my insurance this past week to make an appointment for PSTD. As I deal with my 78 year old dad who is a hoarder extreme, lazy, toxic, a shopoholic, disrespectful, self-neglecting, throws garbage on the floor in every room you can actually get into...and I have to wait til March before I get in to see someone.
Home health care has been to his home since the summer, and haven't done anything for his behavioral issues and poor habits. Believe me, I have pictures too. That's my reality. Every day. I go over to feed and care for his dogs, take trash out...get accused of losing his things. Things he has buried with his mountain of belongings and purchases.
He is $75k in debt. My husband is having to pay on some of his utilities and buy the dog food. I spent my entire summer going every day to the hospital stays while he had his gall bladder out, a pacemaker, blood poisoning, a broken hip, and his middle lobe of his lung removed. And I get told by hhc that I need to learn to clean his pic line.
His a/c went out in May. I got a window unit put in. Do you have an idea how heavy those are? Put up fans, then winter comes, I get space heaters. His furnace is broken. He spent all his money on ebay, goodwill.com, thrift stores.
And every day is a confrontation. So I know all about being treated like shit, and no one in authority being of any help.

This situation is a stalking situation. This guy, I used to know, seems to have an interest in driving around late night, past my house, with a rifle in his car.

But I don't want to post that pic here, for his privacy.
I am telling police about this, but they don't care. They don't even want to look at these pictures.
It's like, do you want him to shoot me first?
A restraining order would not work, because people don't think these pictures count.
And btw, these pics work, because I have some very strong spotlights at my house. And I point them sideways, and I aim them to hit right on the driver's face.
ReplyDeleteI have a timer on them, so they come on like after midnight, so I don't bother the neighbors too much. But I am sure people are wondering what that is all about.
And it's funny, when you drive by, you can feel them hitting you like right in your eyes. Kind of blinds you for a second, lol. But no one's complained about it yet, so seems to be okay.
Also sorry to hear about your dad. Why did you take him in? He does not sound like a fun guy.

ReplyDeleteMy dad lives by himself. But I am the only family in town. My brother lives in Las Vegas and my dad's sister lives back in our home state of Missouri.
I try to keep down my dad's trash because his dogs don't deserve to live like that. But lots of people have told me I should take the dogs to the pound. But he's the owner so it's not like I can do that, and I wouldn't feel good about an animal having to go to the pound.
Does your state allow for open carry of a rifle? Is he licensed to own one?
Since you say this is a stalking issue, you need to document anything that appears threatening. Driving down your street - is it a main road that could be what is needed to take to get to work or to shopping areas?
I've never dealt with stalking but maybe a woman's shelter volunteer/worker could give you suggestions as steps to take and your legal rights.
You likely can't do anything about him being on a public road, but you can if he comes onto private property.
I don't live on a main street. In fact, it's kind of like a dead end. It's a two block street, that ends at one side at a small park, so it's not a thru street really. And he does not live that near to me. And the women's shelters and the police do not give a damn.

But some woman just told me this guy used to be a drug informant for the police, after he had charges of domestic violence, in exchange for the charges being dropped. So it seems he has worked his way into the good graces of the police. I don't know if that is actually true though, but that is what she said. He is doing other stuff too. Tampering with my property, etc. And btw I don't think he is not just doing that stuff to me. I have actually spoken to a woman, similar things are happening to her. She is friends with him. So she refuses to believe it could be him. But this guy does everything in a sneaky way, probably to not get caught. There is term for people like him, it is called 'predator stalker'. It is a rare form of stalking. Google it, to check out what it means.
Personally, I think he is well on his way to becoming a serial killer. One day you are going to read about this guy in the national news.
And yes we are allowed to carry rifles in our state. Which is probably why he drives around with a big rifle in his car, instead of a handgun. Technically, he is not doing anything illegal.
